From that date on until today (7-14-22) I've not received a useful response to any one of my 30+ emails. The response to my next request for help was received on 4-3-21 and stated "Your request (*******) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." This email appeared to be a template, without the name of the person sending the email. The last email I received from Inez Miller was on 2-28-21, and she answered my question, as always. Inez Miller left the company, and the previous TuneFab company appears to have become part of a German/Hong Kong company. On November 4,2020, I submitted a review of TuneFab entitled "Most responsive company in my memory!" TuneFab appears now to be a completely new company. Their product is pretty good, and they actually have decent customer support. Nevertheless, I recommend purchasing the NoteBurner product for converting Spotify music. Since I bought a lifetime license, I don't want the company to fail. I keep hoping that TuneFab management will read my reviews and do something about the situation. Truly a disgusting situation - basically no different than for the other attempts I've made to get help from them. This email started yet another email charade, back and forth, during which TuneFab provided ZERO information as to what I could do to correct the problem, and ZERO information that might suggest they were addressing the problem. If the software sends an error message during the process, please send us a photo or screenshot of the error message, which would be helpful for us to deal with the problem." However, TuneFab customer support wrote:Ĭould you please tell us what problems you encountered when using the software?Ĭould you please tell us in detail on what you have mentioned? To further know your problem, please provide us with a screenshot or video of the software's problem and we will reply to you as soon as possible. It appears to me that something like cache needs to be cleared. At that point, the songs show up in TuneFab, and I can start the conversions. In other words, currently, after dragging the Spotify playlist into the TuneFab converter, nothing new is displayed for at least 20 minutes. Over weeks, the time had increased from a minute or so to 20 or more minutes. I reported to TuneFab that the program has taken a longer and longer time to "load" a playlist. Since I bought a lifetime license to TuneFab Spotify Converter, I continue to use it, in spite of serious bugs. And, I will still highly recommend original audible app to listen to the audible book to have a great experience. Just for a one off use, I have used the Tunefab and it worked great. I am pretty sure, I will continue paying for my audible subscription, just building on my audible library and the benefits of listening on the audible app itself simply outweigh the freedom to play an audible file in mp3 format, as it offers the user to bookmark certain time points in the audio book and also make brief notes and much cleaner interface. Appreciate how effortlessly it converted the aax file to mp3. On installation, it offered free usage till first 14 days limited to converting titles to mp3 format. So for this purpose only, I searched on Google and came across TuneFab. I felt maybe if I can listen to the audible book on an mp3 player which does not support internet streaming or audible app. I just wanted to convert an.aax file(audible file), though I have already purchased the specific audible book and it's downloaded in my audible library.
